About

JPMurray Ventures was founded in 2004 by Jim Murray when he was looking to develop a neighborhood at Smith Mountain Lake in Southwest Virginia. This initial endeavor started an interest in Real Estate that has expanded efforts into commercial, residential, and multi-family properties in Florida and Southwest Virginia.

Some of the challenges may include the property itself or with community challenges such as affordable housing. Most of our properties are held for long term growth.
